We want you to love your aim'n gear, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your order. All items must be returned in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Register Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging or a secure mailing bag, ensuring all original labels and tags are still intact.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid return shipping label provided by our portal and securely fix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package at the nearest authorized drop-off point and keep your receipt until your refund has been processed.
